Terms of Use

Effective date: July 27, 2026

Please read these Terms carefully. They govern your use of the API Labs website and its interactive demonstration.

1Acceptance of these terms

By accessing autonomouspaymentintelligence.com and its interactive demonstration (together, the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2The Site and the demonstration

The Site presents information about API Labs and its Autonomous Payment Intelligence™ platform, including an interactive product demonstration. The demonstration uses illustrative, synthetic data only. It does not process real payments, does not reflect any real merchant, and does not constitute a live product, a financial service, or professional advice. Figures and outputs shown are illustrative and should not be relied upon for any decision.

3Intellectual property

The Site and all of its contents — including text, graphics, layout, design, code, the platform architecture, and all related methods and know-how — are owned by API Labs or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and other laws. Except for viewing the Site in the ordinary course of browsing, no license or other right is granted to you. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, frame, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Site or its underlying technology without API Labs’ prior written permission.

4Trademarks

API Labs™, Autonomous Payment Intelligence™, Payment Intelligence Knowledge Graph™, Merchant Financial Twin™, Qualification Intelligence™, Pricing Intelligence™, Edge Intelligence™, and Contract Intelligence™, together with the API Labs name, logo, and closed-loop mark, are trademarks of API Labs, whether registered or claimed under common law. Nothing on the Site grants any license or right to use these marks. Other product or company names mentioned may be the trademarks of their respective owners.

5Proprietary and confidential technology

The platform’s methods, models, and architecture are proprietary and, in part, confidential. The demonstration is intentionally designed to convey the platform’s capabilities without disclosing proprietary algorithms, rules, thresholds, or data. Nothing on the Site constitutes a public disclosure of, or a license to, any such proprietary or confidential technology, and API Labs reserves all rights in it.

6No warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. API Labs does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any information on it is accurate or complete.

7Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, API Labs and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if API Labs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8Third-party links and services

The Site may link to, or rely on, third-party services (for example, website hosting and web-font providers). API Labs does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

9Changes to these terms

API Labs may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which API Labs is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
